الملخص بالإنجليزية
This study aimed to investigate the impact of digital transformation on the efficiency of postal financial services at Algerie Poste in the province of Tebessa. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted for the theoretical framework, while an inductive approach was utilized for the empirical study. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 150 customers using the institution's digital services (such as the BaridiMob application and the Edahabia card). The collected data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS software. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive impact of digital transformation on the efficiency of postal financial services in terms of reducing time, effort, and improving service quality. Furthermore, the findings indicated the availability of adequate infrastructure and technical support, alongside an acceptable level of security and reliability enhanced by protection mechanisms such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which directly contributes to boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
