دور المسؤولية الإجتماعية في تحسين الأداء الإجتماعي للمؤسسة دراسة حالة : مستشفى خالدي عبد العزيز تبسة

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر المسؤولية الإجتماعية على رفع الأداء الإجتماعي داخل مستشفى خالدي عبد العزيز تبسة من خلال تحليل أبعادها المتمثلة في البعد الإنساني والقانوني والأخلاقي والانضباطي والبيئي، وبيان مدى مساهمتها في رفع الآداء الإجتماعي. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعرض الإطار النظري، إلى جانب منهج دراسة الحالة عبر تصميم استبانة وُزعت على موظفي المستشفى محل الدراسة، مع تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج Spss بالاعتماد على أساليب إحصائية لاختبار الفرضيات. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمسؤولية الإجتماعية على الآداء الإجتماعي عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05)، كما تبين أن جميع أبعادها تؤثر إيجابياً، حيث تصدر البعد الأخلاقي والانضباطي من حيث قوة التأثير، وهذا يعكس تكامل هذه الأبعاد في رفع الآداء الإجتماعي

Abstract: This study aimed to measure the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on enhancing social performance within the Khaldi Abdelaziz Hospital in Tébessa, by analyzing its dimensions: human, legal, ethical, disciplinary, and environmental, and demonstrating their contribution to improving social performance. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to present the theoretical framework, alongside a case study method using a questionnaire distributed to the hospital's employees. The data was analyzed using the SPSS software, employing statistical methods to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed a statistically significant impact of social responsibility on social performance at the significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) Furthermore, it was found that all dimensions have a positive influence, with the ethical and disciplinary dimensions being the most impactful, reflecting the integration of these dimensions in elevating social performance.
