This study aims to analyze the impact of brand on consumer behavior in the mobile phone market in Algeria, focusing on three main dimensions: brand quality and value, brand positioning, and the marketing efforts made by companies. The research relied on a field study and a survey of a sample of Algerian consumers, supported by extensive statistical analysis. The results revealed that brand quality and value are key determinants influencing purchasing decisions, as consumers associate their direct experience with the product with their perceptions of the brand. Brand positioning also had a strong effect, especially in terms of the availability of sales points and ease of access, although a notable weakness was found in digital presence. Marketing efforts had the strongest impact, with significant consumer interaction with promotional campaigns and incentive offers. The study concluded that Algerian consumers are influenced by complex factors that include functionality, trust, psychological comfort, and the symbolic dimension of the brand. This calls on companies to adopt long-term strategies that focus on building ongoing, interactive relationships with customers, while also enhancing their digital presence and reinforcing the symbolic identity of their brand.
