هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور لوحات التحكم في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية بشكل عام، وشركة سوميفوس في تبسة بشكل خاص. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم استخدام نهج تحليلي وصفي، حيث يناسب طبيعة الموضوع. وشمل ذلك عرض الإطار النظري لكل من الأداء المالي ولوحات التحكم، مع التأكيد على دورها المهم في عملية التقييم وفي تحسين الأداء المالي. ثم طُبّق الإطار النظري على شركة سوميفوس في تبسة من خلال تحليل الاستخدام الفعلي للوحات التحكم واقتراح نموذج أفضل يشمل مؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب المالية. اختتمت الدراسة بعدة نتائج رئيسية، أبرزها أن الشركة تعتمد على لوحات تحكم متنوعة، بما في ذلك لوحات المبيعات والإنتاج والقوى العاملة والاستثمارات والإجمالي المالي. وتُعرض هذه اللوحات شهريًا بصيغة جداول Excel. ومع ذلك، فهي تفتقر إلىالكثير من المؤشرات المالية وغير المالية المهمة ليست مدمجة مع الأنظمة الرقمية، ولا تستخدم البرامج المتقدمة المتاحة لإعدادها وعرضها. وهذا يعيق قدرتهم على أداء وظائفهم بالمستوى المطلو

This study aimed to highlight the role of dashboards in evaluating the financial performance of economic institutions in general, and the Somiphos Company in Tebessa in particular. To achieve this objective, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted, as it aligns with the nature of the topic. This involved presenting the theoretical framework of both financial performance and dashboards, emphasizing their crucial role in the evaluation process and in improving financial performance. The theoretical framework was then applied to the Somiphos Company in Tebessa by analyzing the actual use of the dashboard and proposing a better model that includes financial equilibrium indicators and financial ratios. The study concluded with several key findings, most notably that the company relies on a variety of dashboards, including those for sales, production, workforce, investments, and total balances. These dashboards are presented monthly in spreadsheet format using Excel. However, they lack many important financial and non-financial indicators, are not integrated with digital systems, and do not utilize available advanced software for their preparation and presentation. This hinders their ability to perform their functions at the desired level.
