الملخص بالإنجليزية

This study aims to identify the role of the McKinsey 7S Framework in achieving sustainable competitive advantage at the Phosphate Mines Company of Tébessa. The study adopted the descriptive approach, the analytical approach, the case study approach, and the statistical study approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire as the main research instrument. In addition, descriptive statistical methods were employed to describe the study variables and analyze the data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V26). The theoretical findings revealed that the variables of the McKinsey 7S Framework, when integrated, play an important role in achieving sustainable competitive advantage. However, at the Phosphate Mines Company of Tébessa, disparities were observed among these variables. The results showed weaknesses in the roles of strategy, organizational structure, and shared values compared to systems, skills, staff, and leadership style. Accordingly, the organization under study should move toward adopting the McKinsey variables in an integrated manner, while also paying greater attention to digital transformation, knowledge management, and human resource management (talent management) as soft elements.
