This study focuses on investigating the strategic role of business incubators in enhancing the entrepreneurship ecosystem and mitigating the financing dilemmas faced by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). The significance of the study lies in diagnosing the reality of field mentorship and its impact on the sustainability of startups, particularly amidst the transition toward a knowledge-based economy. The research aimed to analyze the functional mechanisms of Nobel Company and evaluate its effectiveness in transforming innovative ideas into successful business models. The findings concluded that the integration between the incubator and the innovator contributes to reducing failure rates and developing the digital and technical performance of projects. Furthermore, the analytical comparison proved that the success of project sustainability is linked to the flexibility of the economic sector and legal compliance as much as it is to the quality of the idea itself. Finally, the incubator emerges as a non-traditional financial intermediary that connects innovators with investment networks to compensate for the lack of direct funding.
