أثر التحول نحو الجامعات الذكية في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي دراسة حالة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة تبسة

ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر التحول نحو نموذج الجامعات الذكية في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي، مع اتخاذ كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة تبسة كنموذج لدراسة الحالة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري، ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، مستخدمة المقابلة والملاحظة الميدانية كأدوات رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتوصيف واقع الرقمنة داخل الكلية. توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، أبرزها أن الكلية شهدت نقلة نوعية في أدائها الأكاديمي والإداري بعد تبني مقومات الجيل الرابع، حيث ساهمت الوسائط الذكية كالشاشات التفاعلية وأنظمة RFID في الرفع من جودة العملية البيداغوجية وعصرنة الخدمات المكتبية، مما أدى إلى رفع مستوى الرضا لدى الأساتذة والطلبة. كما أظهرت النتائج أن هذا التحول ساهم في حوكمة الإدارة وتقليص الوقت والجهد، ورغم وجود بعض التحديات المتعلقة بالحاجة إلى التكوين المستمر للعنصر البشري وتطوير البنية التحتية المعلوماتية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجامعة الذكية، التعليم العالي، التحول الرقمي، كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير، جامعة تبسة.

Abstract This study aimed to highlight the impact of transitioning toward the "Smart University" model on enhancing the quality of higher education, taking the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences at the University of Tebessa as a case study. To achieve this objective, the study employed a descriptive-analytical approach for the theoretical framework and a case study approach for the practical part, utilizing "interviews" and "field observation" as primary tools for data collection and for characterizing the reality of digitalization within the faculty. The study reached several key results, most notably that the faculty witnessed a qualitative leap in its academic and administrative performance after adopting Fourth-Generation (4G) university standards. Smart media, such as interactive screens and RFID systems, contributed to elevating the quality of the pedagogical process and modernizing library services, which led to increased satisfaction levels among both professors and students. Furthermore, the findings indicated that this transformation enhanced administrative governance and reduced time and effort, despite existing challenges related to the need for continuous human resource training and the further development of the information technology infrastructure.
