أثر الرقمنة على تحسين الأداء التنظيمي

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر الرقمنة على تحسين الأداء التنظيمي في الصندوق الوطني للتوفير والاحتياط (CNEP) – تبسة. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير إيجابي دال إحصائيًا للرقمنة، خاصة في بعدها التكنولوجي، على تحسين الكفاءة وجودة الخدمات وتسريع العمليات. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز البنية التحتية الرقمية وتطوير مهارات الموظفين لدعم التحول الرقمي وتحسين الأداء

This study examines the impact of digitalization on organizational performance at the National Savings and Provident Fund (CNEP – Tébessa). It explores how digital transformation contributes to improving efficiency, service quality, and administrative processes. A field study was conducted using a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed with SPSS to test the relationship between digitalization dimensions (technological, organizational, and operational) and performance. The findings indicate a significant positive effect of digitalization, with the technological dimension having the strongest influence. The study concludes that digitalization enhances efficiency, accelerates processes, and improves service quality and customer satisfaction. It recommends strengthening digital infrastructure, developing employee skills, and promoting a digital culture within the organization
